深井大断面三软煤层巷道支护设计与实践

Design Method and Its Practice of Support Technology for Large Section Roadway in Deep Three-soft Coal Seam

摘要: 为了更好解决深井大断面“三软”煤层巷道难以支护的问题,基于任楼矿II5112工作面机巷实际地质条件,对巷道矿压显现特点及支护失效原因进行分析,提出“初次高性能锚带网喷支护+二次支护锚索注补强加固”支护技术方案,并给出具体技术参数。现场监测及数据统计表明:实施新支护技术方案后效果明显,巷道顶底板最大移近量为65mm,两帮最大移近量为43mm,顶底板平均移动速率约1.3mm/d,两帮平均移近速率约0.86mm/d,有效地控制了巷道变形量,减少返修成本,满足巷道支护要求。

Abstract: In order to solve the serious problem of support technology of large section roadways in deep three- soft coal seam,in combination with the practical situation of working face in Renlou Mine and failure reasons of the original roadway supporting, composite reinforced supporting technology solutions of Initial high- performance bolting、neting and shotcreting and secondary bolting and grouting was proposed,the detailed technical parameters were given in the surrounding rock control technology.The field monitoring and data statistics indicate: the new supporting technology plan has better obvious effects,the maximum roof-to floor convergence was 65mm,the maxinum rib-to-rib convergence was 43mm,the average speed of roof-to-floor was 1.3mm/d,the average speed of rib-to-rib was 0.86mm/d,the deformation of roadway was controlled effectively,satisfies the requirement of roadway support.
